| 2. Submit RMA Request Form and RMA number will be assign to you by
email. Assigned RMA number is valid for 15 days only. |
| 3. RMA return MUST be in original package, freight MUST be prepaid. We will refuse to receive RMA boxes if shipping charges apply to Recipient or Third Party. RMA Number MUST be clearly written on shipping label and outside of the box or will cause delay on RMA process.

4. Attach a RMA # assigned RMA Request Form in the box.

| 5. All product return for credit MUST be in complete package or unopened and in resalable condition.

| 6. RMA replacement is offered only on the condition that there is no outstanding credit issues with Mantronic.
