RMA Request

To Get a RMA Request Please read procedures in the following carefully:

1. Please note that not completing the form properly may cause delay.
2. Submit RMA Request Form and RMA number will be assign to you by email. Assigned RMA number is valid for 15 days only.
3. RMA return MUST be in original package, freight MUST be prepaid. We will refuse to receive RMA boxes if shipping charges apply to Recipient or Third Party. RMA Number MUST be clearly written on shipping label and outside of the box or will cause delay on RMA process.
4. Attach a RMA # assigned RMA Request Form in the box.
5. All product return for credit MUST be in complete package or unopened and in resalable condition.
6. RMA replacement is offered only on the condition that there is no outstanding credit issues with Mantronic.

  1. RMA # is valid for only 15 days. All products are subject to the final acceptance by Mantronic.
  2. Products must be shipped by courier pre-paid to door in secure and/or original packing.
  3. Warranty will be voided if products suffer from one or more of the following: physical damage, invalid/incomplete/modified serial numbers, incomplete packaging, opened software, insufficient sales information, etc.
  4. For cross shipment or credit, items must be returned within 7 days after RMA # is issued, otherwise credit may not be processed.
  5. For all warranty claims, please refer to Mantronic’s Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Remarks : It is the responsibility of customers to fully insure all items returned to Mantronic. All items returned to Mantronic must be freight prepaid. Mantronic is not liable for damage or loss for products returned by customers.
